The Academy!

I spent alittle time with the guys at The Academy for MMA and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Pensacola last week...these guys are bad...but in a good way! Just kidding of course! We needed a few shots for the new website so I hopped on the mat while they rolled awhile and talked a few of the fellas into giving me a few head shots (head shots as in photos...no, they didn't punch me in the face lol). The school is up and open for biz, complete with tons of mat space, padded walls, tons of equipment and of course, KETTLEBELLS! Ladies, this isn't just a guys class, girls can get in on the fun too, and yours truly will be joining the action next month by teaching a kids course (yes, I actually have a billion years martial arts experience and 5 years instructing...alittle horn tootage haha).
